The Golden Dawn MP Michalis Arvanitis was scheduled to submit his plea on Friday morning in response to the felony charge of joining and directing a criminal organization.
When faced with the investigating judges, the MP for the neo-Nazi party read out a one-paragraph statement and refused to answer any further questions.
After the proceedings concluded, the investigating judges allowed Arvanitis to go free, while banning him from participating from any Golden Dawn events, aside from those taking place in Parliament.
