The new mayors of Agia Paraskevi Yannis Stathopoulos, Acharnes Yannis Kassavos, Vrilissia Xenos Maniatogiannis, Vyrona Grigoris Katopodis, Galatsi Giorgos Markopoulos, Dionysos Dionysis Zamanis, Keratsini-Drapetsona Christos Vrettakos, Kifisia Giorgos Thomakos, Megara Grigoris Stamoulis, Perama Yannis Lagoudakis, Petroupoli Evangelos Simos, Fyli Christos Pappous and Chalandri Simos Russos managed to cover the difference from the first round.
