The Geodynamic Institute of the Athens Observatory has reported that a 4.1 magnitude earthquake took place at about 5:59am on Wednesday morning in the area between the islands of Limnos and Samothraki.
The report indicates that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers. A minor earthquake measuring 2 on the Richter scale occurred at 6:12am from the same depth.
No damages or any injuries have been reported.
