Convicted 17 November member Savvas Xiros has requested that his prison sentence be converted to house arrest, citing the serious health issues from which he suffers.
According to Mr. Xiros’ attorney, her client has requested the house arrest conversion as he suffers from serious health issues affecting his sight, hearing and mobility.
Xiros has been transferred from the Korydallos prison under counter-terrorism police guard to the courts of Piraeus, where his application will be examined.
