The notary union has issued a statement announcing that its members will not attend any planned foreclosure hearings for primary residences in courts on Wednesday.
Following a union meeting, the notaries decided to meet every Monday to discuss whether they will attend or not these court hearings. Foreclosure hearings for non-primary residences will however proceed as planned.
