The employees at Thessaloniki’s urban transportation organization (OASTH) are continuing their work retention for the seventh day, following a dispute with the management over unpaid wages.
With the city’s busses on a standstill for the past seven days, local businesses have complained that the work retention is having a negative impact on trade. The president of the Professional Chamber of Thessaloniki (EETH) Michalis Zorpidis called the government, parties and local administration to find a sοlution before it is too late.
