Two teenaged Yazidi boys, aged 11 and 13, tragically drowned in an irrigation reservoir near the hospitality center at Petra near Olympos.
The two teens were among a group of children who left the camp and were playing nearby the reservoir. At some point the two children disappeared, with the others promptly contacting the police.
Fire fighters were called out to the reservoir, however by the time they arrived on site a local diver had managed to recover the bodies of the two children.
