Budget draft to be submitted for discussion in Parliament next week

The Minister of Finances Gikas Hardouvelis is expected to submit the budget draft in Parliament on Monday, the 6^th of October, at the start of the new plenary session, in accordance with the Parliament regulations.

The third summer session concludes this week with the discussion and vote on the organization of religious communities and unions in Greece, amongst others.

Over the summer critical bills and regulations were voted, such as the “mini DEI” bill, the amendments to the controversial ENFIA real estate tax, public sector staff reviews and more.
