Πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες κάθονται στις σιδηροδρομικές γραμμές, στον άτυπο προσφυγικό καταυλισμό της Ειδομένης, στην ουδέτερη ζώνη Ελλάδας- ΠΓΔΜ, Κυριακή 27 Μαρτίου 2016. Ηρεμία ακολούθησε, μετά την ένταση που προηγήθηκε, στον καταυλισμό της Ειδομένης, καθώς κυκλοφόρησαν φήμες ότι επρόκειτο να ανοίξουν τα σύνορα. Ομάδα προσφύγων και μεταναστών συγκεντρώθηκαν πάνω στις σιδηροδρομικές γραμμές, με σκοπό -όπως έλεγαν- να περάσουν τα σύνορα. A group of refugees, primarily women and children, attempted to break through the police lines at Idomeni at the border with FYROM.
There was some tension for a while, as the demonstrating refugees demanded that the border crossing reopens, so that they may continue their journeys.
Some of the refugees managed to cross over into the neutral zone between Greece and FYROM and occupied the railroad line, where they shouted slogans and called for the borders to reopen.
