The Center of Disease Control and Prevention (KEELPNO) announced that 27 lives have been claimed so far in the recent seasonal outbreak of the flu.
According to KEELPNO, a further 41 more patients continue to receive treatment at ICUs across Greece.
Since the start of the flu outbreak a total of 86 patients have been hospitalized in Intensive Care Units. KEELPNO has urged people at risk to seek out antiviral inoculation and protection against the flu virus.
