The Golden Dawn members Giorgos Roupakias and Yannis Kazantzoglou, who have been arrested for the murder of Pavlos Fyssas, have been summoned by the investigative judges on Monday and Tuesday to provide further explanations regarding their participation in the murder and their involvement in the neo-Nazi party.

After Easter, the judicial officers handling the Golden Dawn case Ioanna Klapa and Maria Dimitrakopoulou will summon Golden Dawn MPs for statements, provided that their parliamentary immunity has been lifted accordingly.

Based on the evidence accumulated, some MPs will face charged of participating and directing a criminal organization, while others will face charges of possession of weapons with the intent of supplying a criminal organization.
