Infamous criminal Panagiotis Vlastos, who recently attempted to escape prison via helicopter, has been found guilty of possessing knives, blades and files while in custody. He has been sentenced to four years imprisonment, which he can buy off for five euros per day.
Mr. Vlastos was taken to the courts in utmost secrecy and under heavy police surveillance. When asked about the knives, Mr. Vlastos explained that he needed them to peel fruit and vegetables because the food in prison was not to his liking.
After the trial ended, the police transferred Mr. Vlastos back to the maximum security prison in Trikala.
