The Center of Disease Control and Prevention (KEELPNO) announced that 45 people have died as a result of the seasonal influenza outbreak.
Currently, 31 people continue to receive treatment in intensive care units (ICUs), while a total of 111 have so far received ICU treatment for the flu virus.
KEELPNO has recommended that vulnerable people, such as the elderly, children and those with a weakened immune system, take the necessary precautions.
