The Ministry of Labor is considering its plans to put an end to early retirement, for civil servants who have not yet acquired the right to retirement.

According to a report in Ta Nea the Ministry is considering increasing the age limit of the transition period by one or two years for employees who have completed the prerequisite years of insurance, but have not yet acquired the right to retire by reaching the required age.
