Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and IMF director Christine Lagarde will discuss the sustainability of Greece’s public debt next week, when they meet at Davos in Switzerland, claims news agency Bloomberg.

According to Bloomberg’s sources, the two are expected to discuss how the Greek debt may become sustainable. The agenda will also include the implementation of reforms including the critical pension system reform.

The meeting between the Greek PM and IMF director will take place in light of the Greek government’s express desire for the IMF to not participate in the bailout program and rumors suggesting that the Fund may continue to act as a consultant on the much-needed reforms.

Although there has been no confirmation on the Tsipras-Lagarde meeting from either Athens or the Fund, it is expected to take place on the 21st of January. The Annual Meeting for 2016 of the World Economic Forum is scheduled for the 20th to the 23rd of January.
