SYRIZA MEP Papadimoulis: New government must continue reforms

The head of SYRIZA’s European Parliament group, Dimitris Papadimoulis, has underlined that the new government faces a number of challenges and must continue to implement reforms in order to avoid a backpedaling and another bankruptcy.

“The new government has a year ahead of it and a lot of work to do, in order to swiftly implement the national plan for post-bailout memorandum growth and reforms,” said Papadimoulis.

“Citizens expect results and quantifiable progress, so that we may not relive a bankruptcy and bailout memorandums,” Papadimoulis said
