More than 3,000 refugees were transferred from the islands of Lesvos and Samos to the port of Piraeus on Tuesday morning.
Specifically the Super Fast XII transported 1,485 from Lesvos, the Blue Star 1 carried 780 and the Nisos Rodos transferred 698 from Lesvos and a further 204 from Samos.
