The head of the River Stavros Theodorakis stressed the need to implement the recent bailout agreement, otherwise a fourth bailout agreement may soon come after.

Mr. Theodorakis underlined that Greece needs “broad coalition governments” and called voters to support his party in order to enforce these alliances, in an interview on the Parapolitika radio station.

He then explained that he is not interested in participating any a government as a Minister, explaining that he “did not leave journalism to become a minister, bur to propose a different type of politics”.

The River leader stated that he would soon publicize a list of people who could play a role in the next government. He also argued that the debate format must change, in order to promote discussion between the candidates.
