The police in Thessaloniki found 27 migrants, mostly from Syria and Iran, hidden inside a refrigerator truck, which was on its way to central Europe.
According to the police, the vehicle was found in the Ano Poli area in Thessaloniki. Upon inspection, the authorities discovered 16 men, 7 women and 4 children hiding inside the refrigerator truck.
An investigation has been launched to locate the human traffickers.
