The Syrian Tupolev aircraft carrying the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs has been grounded at the Athens International Airport, as it cannot be refueled due to the embargo against the Assad regime still in effect.
As soon as the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs was informed of this development it ordered the Civil Aviation Authority to take action immediately.
