The Greek State is set to collect 42.32 million euros from 19 assets currently being managed by privatization TAIPED, with 12.15 million euros expected to enter public coffers this ear.
These 19 assets include property both within and outside of Greece, with 10.6 million euros being generated from buildings in New York and Washington. A further 357,000 euros will be generated from an asset in Halkidiki and an additional 344,000 euros from a six-story building in the city center of Athens.
In 2017 and 2018 the Greek State will collect 1.4 million euros from the development of these 19 assets, with remaining 2.2 million euros being paid out in 2018.
