The Greek statistics authority ELSTAT has published its latest seasonally adjusted divs on unemployment for February 2016.
According to ELSTAT, the rate of unemployment in February 2016 was 24.2%, down from 24.4% in January 2016 and 25.8% in February 2015.
In greater detail, the number of employed grew by 86,015 compared to February 2015 (+2.4%) and by 10,692 compared to January 2016 (+0.3%), for a total of 3,625,262.
Likewise, the number of unemployed decreased by 70,220 (-5.7%) compared to February 2015 and by 7,524 compared to January 2016 (-0.6%) for a total of 1,158,731.
