We have to avoid a situation of renewed uncertainty for Greece. We need a date for a Eurogroup meeting in the not distant future. In days, not weeks” commented the President of the European Council Donald Tusk.

When asked about the latest developments and cancellation of a Eurogroup on Thursday, Mr. Tusk explained that he was convinced that ‘more work’ is needed from Europe’s Finance Ministers.

Mr. Tusk confirmed that he talked to Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and revealed that he had extensive talks with the heads of the Eurogroup Jeroen Dijsselbloem and European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker.
