The Greek statistics authority ELSTAT has published its latest divs on the turnover index in the accommodation and food service activities sector, during the second quarter of 2015.
According to its future, the turnover index increased by 13.4% compared to the second quarter of 2014, while the index for the corresponding period of 2014 as compared to 2013 increased by 6.7%.
Additionally, ELSTAT notes that during the second quarter of 2015 as compared to the fist quarter 2015, the index increased by 106.6%. Furthermore, the 93.1% increase which was recorded when comparing the corresponding period of 2014 reflects the intense seasonality of the sector.
