The head of Russian energy giant Gazprom Alexey Miller is expected in Athens on Tuesday, the 21st of April, in order to discuss an number of energy-related matters.

Mr. Miller will meet with the Minister of Productive Reconstruction, Environment and Energy Panagiotis Lafazanis at 2pm and will later be received by Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, at 4pm.

The visit to discuss energy matters came after the confusion that was caused over reports of an advance payment from Russia from the proposed Turkish Stream natural gas pipeline.
