The Greek statistics authority ELSTAT has published its latest divs on the labor force, which shows that the rate of unemployment in the third quarter of 2014 was 25.5%, down from 26.6% in the previous quarter and 27.2% in the corresponding quarter of 2013.
The number of employed persons increased by 1.4% compared with the previous quarter, and by 1.5% compared with the 3rd Quarter of 2013. The number of unemployed persons decreased by 4.0% compared with the previous quarter and by 6,9% compared with the 3rd Quarter of 2013.
