A document outlining the upcoming Eurogroup’s agenda has revealed that the possibility of extending the current EFSF and Greek program will be discussed on Thursday.

In his statement included in the document, Eurogroup chief Jeroen Dijsselbloem explains that the extension of the Greek program will depend on Greece’s access to the credit markets.

In the paragraph regarding the Greek matter it is clarified that the Finance Ministers will discuss the progress of implementing the second bailout program, but no decision will be made.

The same document notes that the first troika mission was completed on the 8th of October and the troika would “soon return” to Athens for further discussions.

The remaining 1.9 billion euros from the EFSF will also be paid out only after the current mission concludes and the troika issues a positive review on the program’s implementation.
