A 30-year-old Albanian man who was recently arrested in the Albanian capital of Tirana four days ago has revealed to local authorities that he has committed dozens of murders in Albania, Greece and Italy, as well as participating in a bomb attack in Thessaloniki claimed by the Conspiracy of Fire Cells!

The Albanian authorities revealed that, among other crimes, the 30-year-old Julian Sinanaj confessed that he killed two men on the 1st of July 2011, outside the Mamacas restaurant in Gazi. One of the two men shot dead was thought to have been involved in an extortion ring and had previously faced charges for robberies in Switzerland, while the other was an innocent bystander.

Perhaps more troubling for the Greek Police is his revelation that he has participated in bomb attacks of guerrilla groups in Greece. Sinanaj claims that he participated in a 2010 bomb attack against the courthouses in Thessaloniki that was claimed by the Conspiracy of Fire Cells. In the attack, which took place on the 15th of May 2010, a time bomb had been planted in the courthouse basement toilets and exploded when about 50 judicial employees and lawyers were in the building, lightly injuring one person.

The Greek Police has sent a four-man interrogation team to Albania in order to determine whether Sinanaj was actually involved in the crimes he confessed, whether he was exaggerating or has ulterior motives. The Albanian authorities consider the 30-year-old to be a ruthless hit-man and are taking the allegations very seriously.
