Thessaloniki based PAOK drew with Dutch side Ajax (1-1) in Amsterdam on Tuesday evening and is hopeful for another positive result in Greece, in order to progress to the next phase of the qualifiers.
The ‘Black and Whites’ stunned the Dutch side thanks to a strike by Djalma Campos in the 27th minute of the match. Ajax managed to fight back and equalized the score with Kasper Dolberg in the 58th minute.
On Wednesday Greece’s champions Olympiacos will face Hapoel Be’er Sheva F.C in Piraeus.
