The president of SYRIZA Alexis Tsipras and the president of the Independent Greeks Panos Kammenos are to meet later in the evening in order to discuss the formation of a coalition government.
To Vima has been told that Mr. Kammenos is heading to his party officer and will later meet with Mr. Tsipras. The latest sources from the Independent Greeks suggest that the two party leaders will announced their intention to form a coalition on Sunday evening.
Based on the first official estimates from the Ministry of Interior, a coalition government between SYRIZA and the Independent Greeks would have 155 seats in Parliament.
