Of the 43 applications submitted for the position of General Secretary of Public Revenue, the review committee has narrowed the list down to three candidacies.

Two of the candidates are reportedly officers currently serving in the General Secretariat of Public Revenue, while the third is a prominent lawyer specialized in tax-related matters.

The interview process concluded on Tuesday afternoon and now the Minister of Finances Euclid Tsakalotos must make a final decision and inform the Ministerial Council by the 22nd of December.
