A search has been launched for the arrest of a 40-year-old Albanian man in relation to the murder of a 40-year-old woman in Thessaloniki in 2015.
The 40-year-old woman was found unconscious on campus grounds of the University of Thessaloniki on the 19th of August and was promptly hospitalized. A bag containing 126 narcotic tablets was found next to the victim.
Unfortunately the 40-year-old woman succumbed later on in October to the serious injuries she had suffered in the vicious attack.
According to the police, the 40-year-old man has been implicated in drug and immigration offences, on top of assault.
