The leader of the European People’s Party in the European Parliament Manfred Weber has warned Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras against returning to the ‘delay tactics’ in an interview for German tabloid Bild.
In his newspaper interview, the German CSU politician also expressed his doubts as to whether any further financial aid will be paid out to the Greek government, stressing that the agreed upon reforms must first be implemented.
According to Mr. Weber the Greek government must promptly implement the refoms agreed upon in the latest bailout deal, in order to receive funding.
