Euroleague finalists Olympiacos is one step away from securing the championship in Greece, after defeating arch-rivals and Cup-holders Panathinaikos 76-69 at the OAKA stadium in Athens.
With a 2-0 lead in the finals and Sunday’s game scheduled in Piraeus, the “Reds” are hoping the sweep the “Greens” for the first time in their history.
The star players for Olympiacos were Giorgos Printezis, Bryant Dunston and Vasilis Spanoulis, while for Panathinaikos Lucas Mavrokefalidis fought hard and managed to keep his team in the game.
