The government’s ambitious bill designed to address the impact of the humanitarian crisis and corruption in Greece has been approved in principle by the relevant committees in parliament.
Aside from the coalition government’s SYRIZA and Independent Greeks, the bill was approved by New Democracy, The River, PASOK and Golden Dawn. The Communist Party voted “present”.
