The next electricity bills for millions of DEI customers may be up to 15% lower than previous bills, thanks to a discount announced earlier.
This discount – which is applied to the net amount of electricity consumed, rather than the total bill – will be available to all customers who are consistent with their bill payments.
According to DEI, the discount will also be available to customers with outstanding debts towards the company, provided they apply for a settlement and keep up with payments.
