The coalition government will begin making its policy statement on Monday, starting with a speech in Parliament by Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras at 7:30 on Monday afternoon. The discussion will last three days.

At Monday’s first session the Prime Minister will be main speaker, with the ministers and MPs following on Tuesday and Wednesday. The process will culminate at midnight of Wednesday with a vote of confidence. Prior to the vote, the leaders of all political parties in Parliament will comment on the coalition government’s policy statements.

Ahead of the discussion over the government’s policy statements, New Democracy’s provisional leader Evangelos Meimarakis has arranged to meet at noon with the secretary of the party’s Parliamentary Group Yannis Plakiotakis and parliamentary spokesmen Yannis Vroutsis, Adonis Georgiadis and Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
