The President of the Union of Centrists Vasilis Leventis announced that he is prepared to consider supporting the government, provided tht it changes the bailout agreement agenda.

Mr. Leventis, whose party is entering Parliament for the first time, argued that the result is a victory for the youth and commented that the SYRIZA/Independent Greeks coalition is insufficient “because the reforms are too difficult to implement”.

Finally, Mr. Leventis stated that a lot of work needs to be done to cleanse the public sector and that the private sector cannot be constantly targeted “otherwise the country will not escape the bailouts in 200 years”.
