Independent MP Spyros Lykoudis [pictured] is expected to announce the alliance of his “Reformers” with The River party of Stavros Theodorakis.
Prior to the critical second vote in Parliament Mr. Lykoudis told journalists that he was in talks with Mr. Theodorakis for forming an alliance.
