The District Governor of Attica Rena Dourou has heavily criticized the coalition government’s recent “amendment barrage”, arguing that “the scant government majority” is “attempting to close all unresolved matters”.

Mrs. Dourou further argues that the coalition government’s goal is to leave ruins behind it, citing the slew of recent amendments that affect district operation, funding and waste management.

According to the District Governor, staring in the face of defeat the coalition government is observing a scorched earth policy as “revenge against everyone who resists”.
