The Hellenic National Defense General Staff (HNDGS) announced that the Turkish corvette Buyukada officially left Greek territorial waters at 5:30am on Wednesday.
The Turkish vessel first entered Greek waters on Tuesday morning and according the HNDGS the Buyukada violated the Greek maritime border seven times, reaching the Kafireas Straits.
During its foray into Greek waters, the Turkish vessel was under constant surveillance by the Greek Navy.
