An antifascist demonstration has been planned for Tuesday morning outside the Korydallos prison facility, where the Golden Dawn trial is set to continue. The demonstration is supported by the municipal authorities of Korydallos, public sector trade union ADEDY, ANTARSYA, KEERFA and other groups.

On Monday, the antifascist activist group KEERFA held a press conference at ADEDY’s offices, where it presented a list of 20 convictions for racist attacks which are attributed to Golden Dawn.

An antifascist rally has been planned in Piraeus on Friday, to commemorate two years since the murder of rapper and activist Pavlos Fyssas from prominent Golden Dawn member, Giorgos Roupakias.

Many antifascist groups have demanded that Golden Dawn’s election campaign rally that is planned for that day to be cancelled. The neo-Nazi party’s general secretary Nikos Michaloliakos is scheduled to give a speech at 7pm at Korai Square in Piraeus.
