According to the provisional data of the implementation of the state budget, there is a 1,022 million-euro shortfall in the January-to-July 2015 period, compared to a 1,736 million euro deficit during the same period in 2014 and a target of 1,375 million euros.

The primary surplus amounted to 3,530 million euros, compared to a 2,279 million euros surplus in the same seven-month period of 2014 and a target of 2,988 million euros.

Net revenue of the state budget during these months came to 26,690 million euros, down by 4,125 million euros (13.4%) of the official target. The net revenue of the ordinary budget came to 24,654 million euros, about 4,281 million euros (14.8%) less than expected. These shortfalls have been attributed to the delays in submitting tax returns and ENFIA payments, among others.

Meanwhile, state budget expenses came to 27,713 million euros, which is 4,478 million euros less than the official target, while in the case of the ordinary budget, expenses came to 26,515 million euros, about 3,106 less that the official goal.
