The Athens Stock Exchange closed with gains on Monday morning, as the expectations regarding an agreement between Greece and EU/IMF partners grow.
At closing that general price index was standing at 690.24 points, having increased by 2.06%, while transactions were valued at 45.35 million euros and the yield of the ten year bond dropped to 11.34%.
The banking sector continued to rise on Monday, with the shares of Alpha Bank up by 10.66%, National Bank up by 3.07%, Piraeus Bank up by 13.89% and Eurobank up by 12.50%.
