Pope Francis has urged European leaders to make responsible decisions in their effort to provide a solution to the Greek crisis, while stressing that human dignity must remain at the center of the debate.
The Vatican issued a statement where the Pope expressed his concerns over the social implications of the crisis and its effects on the Greek people.
In his statement the leader of the Catholic Church argued that «the dignity of the human person must remain at the center of every political and technical debate as well as in the making of responsible decisions«.
