The nationwide association of workers in management organization unity of development programs (MOD SA) has alleged that the European Commission’s Task Force for Greece, which is headed by Horst Reichenbach, has wasted resources.
According to a statement issued by the association, there have been no delays in the implementation of NSRF in Greece, with official records showing that 85% of funds were allocated and used by the end of 2014. According to MOD SA, the formation of the Task Force attempted to undermine the public administration in Greece.
Furthermore, the association claims that the “fabulously paid” Task Force employees did not offer any technical assistance whatsoever in the better use of NSRF funding. On the contrary, they wasted Technical Assistance resources and merely «repeated known facts«.
