Euroleague: Olympiacos BC departs for Madrid F4

Olympiacos BC is set to depart for Madrid at 5pm on Wednesday, where this year’s Euroleague Final Four is scheduled to take place over the weekend.

The “Reds”, who have won the trophy three times in 1997, 2012 and 2013, will face CSKA Moscow at 6pm on Friday, 15^th of May, for a ticket in the final on Sunday, 17^th of May. In the other semifinal, Real Madrid will play against Fenerbahçe Ülker.

Yannis Sferopoulos’ team made it to F4 after defeating Barcelona 3-1 in the quarter final knockout round, while Greek cup-holders Panathinaikos was trounced by CSKA.
