The President Prokopis Pavlopoulos received New Democracy veteran MP and former minister Dora Bakoyanni in his office on Friday morning.
Mr. Pavlopoulos reportedly told Mrs. Bakoyanni that “in the major and important issues there is no room for political petty political considerations”.
After congratulating him on his election earlier this year, Mrs. Bakoyanni expressed her confidence that Mr. Pavlopoulos is in the appropriate position to create a climate of national consent, during a critical moment in Greece.
