The Minister of National Defense Panos Kammenos is scheduled to travel to Egypt on Monday on an official two-day visit, after he was invited by his Egyptian counterpart, Sedki Sobhi.

Mr. Kammenos will be received by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi at the Presidential Hall and will later have talks with the Egyptian Minister of Defense.

The Greek Minister will also lay a wreath at the Monument of the Unknown Soldier and visit the monument of the Greeks who fell in the Battle of El Alamein.
