Mitropoulos: “I was attacked after submitting question on Nikoloudis list”

The SYRIZA MP and Vice President of Parliament Alexis Mitropoulos claimed that he was assaulted after submitting a question regarding the Nikoloudis list of people suspected of evading taxes on overseas remittances.

Mr. Mitropoulos, who made the revelation in a Tuesday-morning interview on ANT1, stated that the list includes the names of politicians, Ministers of Finances and journalists. He also called the Prime Minister to intervene on the matter.

According to Mr. Mitropoulos he was attacked on the 10^th of January 2014, on his way home. Mr. Mitropoulos told ANT1 that he “feared for his life” and contacted a prosecutor friend of his after the attack.
